ENGLISH FOR FRENCH, SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE SPEAKING STUDENTS
BUST is a typical Anglo-Saxon University with programs that are a blend of both American and British academic dispensations of most of the professors and lecturers.

BUST is equally unique in the sense that it offers opportunities to all Cameroonians regardless of their principal language of education through its English language capacity building program. This language program is designed to usher French, Spanish and Portuguese speaking students a golden opportunity to acquire a working knowledge of English as a foreign language that is sufficient to be able to follow lectures and take notes in English.  It will consist of intensive listening, reading, writing and speaking exercises for about 8 hours daily over a two months period.
The objective of the intensive English is to reinforce and upgrade all students’ language abilities to at least the level of TOEFL which is sanctioned by the award of an Attestation of English Proficiency.

Specific Admission Requirements:
Specific entry requirements are found in the specific course of study.
